By accessing or using Reseller HUB services, including My Shop Agent (WhatsApp AI Bot) and Rider Hub (Delivery Management System), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Reseller HUB provides the following services to reselling businesses in Pakistan:

• My Shop Agent: An AI-powered WhatsApp bot that automates order booking, product suggestions, stock management, and data synchronization with Google Sheets.
• Rider Hub: A delivery management and record-keeping system that tracks deliveries, payments, and rider performance.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Service Usage

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations in Pakistan
• Send spam or unsolicited messages through My Shop Agent
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the platform for any fraudulent activities

5. Payment Terms

By subscribing to our services:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees as per your chosen subscription plan
• Payments are processed monthly or as agreed upon
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days advance notice
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Late payments may result in service suspension

6. WhatsApp Usage Policy

My Shop Agent operates through WhatsApp Business API. By using this service:

• You agree to comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Business Policy
• You will only send messages to customers who have opted in
• You are responsible for the content of messages sent through your account
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate WhatsApp policies

7. Data and Content

You retain ownership of your business data. By using our services:

• You grant us license to process and store your data for service delivery
• You are responsible for backing up important data
• You ensure that customer data collection complies with applicable laws
• We may use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime:

• Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance
• We will notify users in advance of scheduled maintenance
• We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (WhatsApp, Google, etc.)
• Force majeure events are excluded from liability

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the last 3 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for losses due to your misuse of the platform
• We do not guarantee specific business results or sales increases

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Reseller HUB, My Shop Agent, and Rider Hub belong to SoftSyncDev. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software
• Use our branding without written permission
• Create derivative works based on our platform
• Resell or sublicense our services without authorization

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your access will be revoked
• You may request data export before account deletion

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be:

• First resolved through good faith negotiations
• If unresolved, submitted to mediation in Karachi, Pakistan
• Governed by the laws of Pakistan
• Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karachi

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
